Well Shit, Here We Go.

I am not a blogger, or even a writer in any sense of the word. I write technical papers and grants, and very occasionally an wildlife article, but I do not write about my life, my feelings, or any other aspect of me. Until recently, my narrative followed these tenants: 1) I do not matter, 2) my value is only equal to what I give to the world. and 3) there is no time for self reflection, or anything involving the self. Apparently, none of these things are healthy, which is why I am going to try to challenge them by... writing about my life, my feelings, and all kinds of other stupid shit that makes me really uncomfortable.
